I'm sitting on the floor of my office, surrounded by 1000s of flyers, trying to get things ready for enrolments next week. It seems to be taking ages, but I guess it's kind of relaxing! My mind keeps wandering and I keep thinking back to my enrolment day. It was pretty scary! Everything seemed so foreign, I felt like I had no control of the situation and I didn't seem to understand half the things that were being said to me. I left enrolments feeling very overwhelmed, but I do remember being excited when I got home. You see ... all students at the 2007 enrolments were given a pizza box filled with 'gifts' and information. When I got home I went through everything in my pizza box and as I began to learn about the new experience that lay before me things didn't seem quite as scary!
