Well it's been a long 12 years, but school is over and finally university has arrived.
It's a little nerve-racking, but exciting that my tertiary education will begin tomorrow!! Only have 3 lectures tomorrow, given that labs and most tutes don't start til next week...should give me a little time to get settled into a good study routine before things get really busy. A lot of people complain about work, but I'm looking forward to lots of study!! One of the most exciting things about uni is the chance to learn so much stuff, so I'm going to make sure I don't miss out on anything in the lecture theatre.
That's it for now, until tomorrow at least...

make sure I don't miss out on anything in the lecture theatre...
lecture theatres are funny places.
Lots of them have been done up in the last year or two, so the dingy, 60s, graffitti-laden rooms are slowly disappearing. There are more beige walls and smooth new desks than there were before (like a reality TV crew has swept through campus with a discount card rfom Bunnings).
I take some heart in the fact that the lecture thratre that UWA staff used to watch the moon landing (yes - THE moon landing) is almost exactly the same now as it was then.
Missing out
And if you do miss out on anything, hopefully there's Lectopia and you can catch up on the recording and maybe also visuals...
You make me sick, you vile
You make me sick, you vile stupid moron.
I have never typed this statement, ever.
