My Changing Ways

I remember on the final episode of series four of Scrubs JD states "change is good..change is inevitable". Being my favourite TV show, I've probably watched this episode anywhere from 10-20 times so as I too go through a period of change I'm constantly reminded of his wise words, so i thought today I would share some of the changes you should expect when coming to university...

disappearing blog entries

Earlier today I posted a blog entry with the subject "UWA Bike Breakfast".

Later, when it was was promoted to the main part of the home page, I noticed that I had made an error. So I logged on, and chose to edit the entry.

I formatted the word 'biden' to be crossed out and entered 'bottle' alongside, and submitted the edited blog entry.

The blog entry now does not appear on the home page, which is fine, perhaps posts are removed if they are edited. But it has also disappeared completely from the right navigation bar, and does not appear as part of my account.

First Week At Uni

Uni has finally arrived and to be honest i did not really know what to expect. Was it going to be huge and scary, different to school or just much of the same. I kept on hearing these words being thrown around like tut and labs and i had no idea what anyone was talking about. I rocked up to my first lecture raring to go but the whole time was spent just introing the topic and was not too interesting. It was like that for most of the first week as i slowly adjusted to the uni way of life.

OWeek 07

I can almost honestly say that the Oweek at trinity college in 07 has been one of the greatest, craziest and drunkest weeks of my life. Coming from the country with not many mates in Perth the Oweek provided the perfect backdrop to meeting and greeting a bunch of other blokes in the same situation.
